we're here for the party!

it's been a pretty amazing week. first, i got an iphone. yes i did!
i've been envying other people's phones for too long. i decided i had to have one.
and guess what. i loooove it!!!! it's like a party in my hand! :)

the first thing i did was download the instagram app. i've been seeing some fabulous photos from that little jewel and when i gave it a try... it delivered. here are some of the first photos i snapped with it.
how much more fun can you get? (of course it helped that there happened to be a carnival nearby. hehe.)


over the weekend we celebrated brennan's 1st birthday! darcy did a fabulous job on his monkey themed party.

his first taste of chocolate. i don't think he liked it at all, do you? ;)

he got this swing from grandma and grandpa. he likes it too. :)

oh, and by the way...
